When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Another portrait done in ballpoint pen. Reference was taken from the stock of:
I have a good enough scan of this that I'm going to probably make prints available when I get the details sorted out. CommentsThat is just gorgeous! The hat, the scarf, the textures and the face (especially the eyes) are brilliantly done! This is like 99% perfect in my opinion!
Critique- I might be the only person to be bothered by this, and its 'miniscule' so choose to ignore. The hair that flows down the left side is fluid shiny and looks great (draws the eye all the way down from top to bottom), the hair flowing down the right in my eyes doesn't flow as well from the chin down. It think its the small patch of the dark crosshatch shading in the middle thats stopping the flow. -- I didn't say nuffink! AH, no, thank you for saying that, don't be sorry to give honest critique. That will be something I look to fix before I submit the print version, definitely.

Yeah I was actually thinking I might try and touch up that little part digitally, but I'm suspecting it would be a pain in the ass to make it not look digitalized in that part. -- Pinky, you have the reasoning power of a deck chair. Not only is it an excellent portrait but one that still contains life and emotion, not something you always see in portraiture.

I would totally buy a print of this if I had the money at the time it was available! ...I wish I had your talent. Excellent job, Lindsay! ^^
